1You send the request

What you submit is a request, not a finished booking.

2You get a receipt

It arrives by email within a few minutes. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it – that is where it sometimes ends up.

3We confirm

We go through requests as they come in, and you will get a second email as soon as your stay is confirmed. Then the room is yours.

Free cancellation

You can cancel free of charge until 16:00 (4 pm) two days before arrival. Send us an email or call, and we will sort it out.

Payment

You pay at check-in, not when you book. All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT. We accept debit card, credit card and cash.

Arrival

Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00 (3–9 pm) at the hotel reception. Arriving outside those hours? Just tell us in advance and we will find a solution.

A large group at Lygnahytta?

The cabin sleeps up to 16 people, but the booking engine stops at 10. If there are more of you, write it in the message field when you book. The price is the same however many of you there are.
